MDR™ announces the appointment of Dr. Mark Potts as MDR’s™ newest Managing Partner.

With more than 25 years of experience in public education, Dr. Mark Potts is a seasoned leader dedicated to innovation, efficiency, and excellence. Throughout his career, he has held several key leadership positions and served as a District Superintendent, where he consistently focused on improving educational outcomes while maximizing value for schools and taxpayers alike.

Dr. Potts is widely recognized for his creative, results-driven strategies that help school districts save money without reducing staff or increasing the tax burden. His forward-thinking approaches have earned him invitations to speak at national conferences, where he shares insights on sustainable, cost-effective solutions in education.

In addition to his work with MDR, Dr. Potts serves as Vice President of Med-Vision, an independent healthcare analytics consulting company, and is the founder of Transformational Consulting, LLC. He is deeply committed to helping schools and other public-sector organizations enhance their quality of service while achieving measurable financial savings.

Dr. Potts has also shared his expertise as an adjunct professor, teaching graduate-level courses predominantly in School Law and School Finance.

He and his wife Jessica live in Canfield, Ohio. They have six children and five grandchildren. Mark also currently serves as Pastor at First Baptist Church of Ashtabula, Ohio.
